ARRIVAL TIME

You are invited to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a consultation form.​ Late arrivals will result in a reduction of your treatment time.

CHECK OUT

Guests must check out at the spa reception before leaving to ensure the treatment charge has been processed. If you are paying with a voucher, this should be presented as payment or an alternative payment method will be requested. There is no service charge on spa treatments. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.

CANCELATION POLICY

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50% charge will apply if you cancel within 48 hours. A 100% charge will apply if you cancel, or make any changes/reductions to your booking within 24 hours or do not turn up.

SPA ETIQUETTE 

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We appreciate you turning off your mobile phone. The spa is strictly not available for anyone under 18 years of age. Children are not allowed access to any area of the spa.

HEALTH & SAFETY

It is important that you inform the spa team upon booking of any medical conditions. There may be restrictions on the treatments you can avail of.​ All treatments are carried out subject to completion of a consultation form.​ If you are currently or have undergone treatment for cancer within the last 12 months, a doctor's note is required to be presented prior to appointment, to advise of suitability for receiving spa treatments, or your treatment will be changed to an oncology suitable therapy. Your appointment is subject to change to an alternative time when there is a specialised therapist available.

PREGNANCY

We have specifically designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers, as some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy. Expectant mothers must be over 12 weeks pregnant for all face and body treatments. Spa treatments will not be performed on expectant mothers during the first trimester of pregnancy.

WHAT TO WEAR 

Arrive tan and makeup free for your treatment, without jewellery. We ask that underwear is worn for all treatments, disposables can be requested. A bathing suit is required for the hot tub & sauna. Robes and slippers are available to hire for €10pp.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We encourage you to refrain from bringing valuables to the spa. We cannot take responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items. Lockers are available in the changing rooms, please bring a €1 coin should you wish to use them.

RELAXATION ROOM 

Following your treatment, take the opportunity to enjoy some time out in the relaxation room.

HOMECARE

We have a selection of TEMPLESPA products and Carraig Fhada seaweed available to purchase, to continue your spa journey at home.
